Lucy is our skilled Veterinary Technician, bringing energy, compassion, and a strong rural background to the Canterbury Vets team. Having grown up on a mixed farm in the UK, she developed a lifelong love and passion for large animals — something that shines through in her work every day.
One of Lucy’s favourite parts of the job is the variety of animals she works with — from dairy cattle to sheep and even deer. Whether she’s assisting on farm visits or helping in the clinic, she approaches every case with enthusiasm and care.
At home, Lucy is kept busy by her Jack Russell, Diesel, and her cat, Ned. Outside of work, she loves heading along to Young Farmers events, getting out surfing, and keeping fit with Pilates
